Merchandise Exchange / Returns
Stellena Luxe must be notified by email within ten (10) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable. Return shipping fees on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Once your item has been inspected, you will receive "Luxe Buxe" for the returned items on your Stellena Luxe account, or an exchange. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Stellena Luxe does not offer refunds. Exchanges and "Lash Buxe" account credits will be applied at customer services discretion.
